How-to guides
Each guide covers one task in 5 to 10 steps. The labels are the ones on the screens. Guides for your own role are listed first. The Agent Operator uses "Agents", "Intake agent", "Adjudication agent", "Steward assistant" and "Agent runs" to prepare work, and reaches the "Intake queue" from "More tools". A person still makes permit decisions.
