Track an application and answer a request for information

See where an application stands and send the City what it asks for.

Who can do this: Applicant. Pick the person to act as them from Demo controls.

Go to My permits

  1. Click "Track or resume an application" on the Permits page, or click "My permits" in the top menu of an application page. Applications are listed under the tabs Active, Drafts and Closed.
  2. To find one by number, type it in "Find an application by reference number" and click "Track".
  3. Read the progress steps and the status on the application card.
  4. If the City has asked for something, a box on the card names the request. Click "View request" to read it.
  5. On the application page read "Messages from the City" and "What the City asked".
  6. Under "Submit revised documents" add the files the City asked for and click "Submit revised documents".
  7. Under "Send the answer back to the City" check the files and click "Send the answer to the City".
  8. Read the confirmation. The City assesses the application again from the start.

What you get: The application goes back to the City with a new revision. The original submission time is kept.
