Read the operations dashboard, the audit log and the support screen
See how the City is doing and who did what.
Who can do this: City Administrator. Pick the person to act as them from Demo controls.
- Open "More tools" in the left menu, then click "Operations dashboard".
- Read "Current workload" and "Recorded processing", then "Decisions recorded, by outcome". Every figure is a count or a mean over stored rows. No model is used.
- Beside the scope statement, click "Include the sample history" to count the sample year as well, or "Leave the sample history out" to leave it out.
- Open "More tools" in the left menu, then click "Audit log".
- Narrow the list with the filters Actor type, Action and "Search (optional)", then click "Apply filters".
- Click "View details" on a row to open the event in a side panel.
- Use "Newer" and "Older" to move between pages, and "Clear filters" to start again.
- Open "Support" to answer the requests that need a reply. Use "Open" and "Answered" to change lists, then use "Send reply" after checking the reply destination.
What you get: The audit log is read only. It records every action once and nobody can edit it.
